About Shervon – Founder of Restore Tranquility

Shervon is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapist (MBPT), certified Life Coach, and Yoga Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma recovery, and chronic pain, as well as high-achieving professionals facing burnout, self-doubt, or life transitions.
Drawing from her background in mental health counseling, mindfulness practices, yoga therapy, and psychedelic integration, Shervon offers a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. She believes healing is our birthright—and that true healing happens when we address the mind, body, and spirit together.

I had been dealing with major depression for over a decade, and though therapy and medication provided some help, it was always temporary. Shervon’s holistic approach, combined with the emotional clarity provided by cannabis, allowed me to understand the root causes of my depression and maladaptive behaviors. With this clarity, I now have direction on how to improve my life and mental health. I highly recommend working with Shervon.

It was apparent that my marriage was failing. I was extremely unhappy, crying in the shower, crying in the car by myself, and was worried that I was not making good life decisions. I had tried therapy before, but it didn’t work. I was referred to Shervon, and slowly began to recognize that I could make changes, that I didn’t have to be this unhappy. Communicating with someone who was without judgement, but who could help me sort out where I was and what options I had was more than helpful; it helped me move forward.
